RECOLEMENT


RECOLEMENT, French law. The reading and reexamination by a witness of a deposition, and his persistence in the same, or his making such alteration, as his better recollection may enable him to do, after having read his deposition. Without such reexamination the deposition is void. Poth. Proced. Cr. s. 4, art. 4.
